The first European step was a success

The Mladá Boleslav team entered the match in condition following preparatory matches. Only Janíček was missing, after having had a fresh meniscus operation. The Icelanders started off against Mladá Boleslav in the exact same composition as when they took on Irish team Bohemians Dublin, when they crushed them at home 5:1. The first match of the second preround of the 2012-2013 European league was accompanied by sunny weather and was viewed by a two-thirds full audience.
During the first half most of the action was on the side of the Icelandic team. Mladá Boleslav goalkeeper Šeda had almost nothing to do. However, the activities of the Mladá Boleslav offensive line were plagued by a lack of precision. Most of the score attempts missed the goal post of Rajkovič, into whose gloves Mareš shot in the 15th minute and Sivrič in the 26th minute. Kúdela burned the first true goal opportunity in the 32nd minute, when he sent Chramost's shot deflected by the goalkeeper to above the uncovered goal. A minute later, however, the net above goalman Rajkovič was already waving.
Bořil's long auto throw from the right side was successfully redirected by Magera - 1:0. And within 10 minutes he succeeded again. Mareš sharply shot from the corner of the penalty ground, and the ball was sent from the ride pole to Magera, who shot it to where it belonged - 2:0.
The second half continued in Boleslav under pressure, but one more goal was achieved just ten minutes before the end. And during the first ten minutes of the second half, there were three corner shots, the same number as during the entire first half.
The Icelanders shot towards Šeda twice, but did not throw startle him. The first time was in the 50th minute, when Rolko headshot the centre only at the edge of the lime, where he lost a personal dual with rival Mareš, and again in the 57th minute, when Rolko's similar headshot fell to Hannesson's feet. The Icelanders' goal was missed thanks to Kúdela and Širel's successful defence.
From another action, Ondřejka's shot was blocked by defensive players at the corner. Magera's technical attempt at a hat trick in the 70th minute missed the upper right horn by only a couple centimetres. In the 76th minute, Mareš elegantly freed room on Bořil's right side, and Magera pushed his centre towards Ondřejka, who overshot the goal from ten metres with his left kick. In the 78th minute, Šeda underwent the toughest battle of the match, when he overcame Hjaltalin's center in front of Hannesson's offence.

In the 80th minute, Šírl played at the corner, and on the small lime neither Magera nor Rolko succeeded, but the Ščuk shot the ball directly between the defensive players towards the left pole of defenseless goalkeeper Rajkovič - 3:0. In the 83rd minute, Boleslav had two goal chances, but did not succeed with either of them. In Chramost's first cross shot, he missed the goal, and in the second, Širl's pass was also headbutted to the side by Ščuk. The three set up minutes did not bring any change in the score.
For Cup math, it is good that the Boleslav team did not give up on their home turf, and for revenge they will travel abroad with a promised three-goal boost. The team has made a step toward moving onto the third preround of the European league.
