They shot Příbram's defence to pieces within a half
The duel between teams from central Bohemia was decided by the Mladá Boleslav team in the first half with three goals scored by Mendy, Fabián and Bulut. Příbram lost their first game in the current season of the Gambrinus League.
The Mladá Boleslav football players gave a wonderful performance in the first half of a match in which a boring conquest of the rival goal was expected. Before the referee sent the players to the break, Mladá Boleslav had scored three goals.
In the 12th minute Táborský took a corner kick with sub-millimeter precision to the near goalpost finding Mendy's head, who directed the ball inside the left goalpost leaving Příbram's goalkeeper with no chance to reach it - 1:0. In the 26th minute a professorial through pass from Opiela saw Chramosta running alone towards the rival's goal. He tried to place the ball past the goalkeeper's hand but the keeper guessed his intention and prevented almost certain goal. A moment later, Příbram survived another chance to score by Johana after Táborský's corner kick. In the 31st minute Hruška punched Táborský's cross away from in front of Rolko to the edge of the penalty area, the ball fell to Fabián who's low shot made it way through the crowd of players - 2:0.
In the 34th minute, Příbram missed a good chance when after a centered cross by Pleško, Wágner's weak shot was straight at Miller who was easily able to catch it. In the 37th minute, Bulut exchanged a short pass with Chramosta and ended his solo run towards the goalkeeper with a shot between his legs - 3:0. Mladá Boleslav finished the first half with the rhythmic applause from the satisfied crowd accompanying their exhibition paced display in a concerted move in which Sylvestre was excellent, a goodbye to the Mladá Boleslav football fans before he leaves for Blackpool, England.
After the break, the Mladá Boleslav players controlled the game. They were not as emphatic in the attacking half as they were in the first period, and even though they failed to increase their score, they remained to be the livelier of the two teams. Gól však už nedali.
