By winning in Kladno they maintained their leading position in the league
Mladá Boleslav's game was far superior to its Kladno rival in all aspects from the very beginning of the game. Their three goals summed up their superiority. However, they had so many chances that they could easily have scored twice as many. Only Táborský, Sylvestre and Kulič managed to find the back of the net. FK Mladá Boleslav is at the head of the Gambrinus League with the same number of points as Brno, Jablonec and Ostrava.
The Mladá Boleslav team entered the game without any changes to the starting line up from the previous league game against Liberec. The Kladno trainer responded to the home defeat against Příbram by making only one change, keeping left-back Hajník on the bench and sending Bartoš, who missed the first two league rounds due to a disciplinary punishment, onto the field.
The Kladno team started the game more successfully. After play was started with a short corner, Holub crossed from the right side line, the Mladá Boleslav defenders, including the goalkeeper Vorel, failed to prevent Bartoš from scoring a header in the fourth minute to open the score - 1:0.
In the 37th minute Sylvestre elegantly infiltrated the penalty area from the left hand side, passing the ball to the unmarked Táborsky who finished with an accurate volley just inside the left-hand post of the Kladno goal - 1:1.The 43rd minute saw Sylvestre make an even better run, as he dribbled around Tatanshvili and surprised the Kladno goalkeeper Pavlík with a right-footed shot from thirty metres. Pavlík stretched to the right post only to see the ball fly into the back of his net - 1:2.
Thanks to Kulič's decisive play in the 52nd minute Mladá Boleslav secured their three points. Vorel's long goal kick was underestimated by the Kladno defence, Pecka, who was closely marked by two rival players could not get to the ball, but Kulič collected it and threaded through five rivals to set himself up and skilfully outplay Pavlík- 3:1.
