FK Mladá Boleslav – FK Jablonec 1:1(1:0)
Even though the Boleslav players took the lead in the sixth minute, they could not get rid of their nervousness and inaccuracies for the whole first half. They improved their performance after the break, however, they did not turn their increased activity into any other goal. On the contrary, they conceded an equalizing goal in the 65th minute and did not manage to respond to it even though they had several scoring chances for a winning goal. And so they did not break a black series of non-winning home matches that has continued since the end of last September and they did not improve their position in the league standings with only one point.
The Jablonec players started the match more actively but they conceded a goal already in the 6th minute. Jablonec defender Homola knocked down Kalina who was penetrating courageously the penalty area and referee Příhoda ordered a penalty kick without hesitation. Rajnoch prepared the ball on the penalty kick spot and reliably stretched the net behind the back of Špit, who jumped towards the right-hand post in vain – 1:0. The Mladá Boleslav skipper scored for the sixth time in this league season.After swapping sides, the Boleslav team improved their play, but did not add any goal. Hodúr prepared a scoring chance for Kysela after a reverse pass with Mendy but the attack resulted in a corner kick. On the other side, Hamouz stretched Pižanowski with a floating grounder. Then Rajnoch stopped Klapka’s rush to a good position and a centre pass by Eliáš flew across the Boleslav goal area.
Žofčák hit the crossbar after a corner kick taken by Jablonec in the 65th minute and the rebounded ball got to Necid inside of the goal area, who defeated Pižanowski lying on the ground easily – 1:1. Necid was on the pitch for only the second minute at that time when he substituted Straka in the 63rd minute.
Boleslav pushed in front of the Jablonec goal in the remaining half-hour but nobody was able to score a winning goal. A shot by Kysela after a centre pass by Procházka and cooperation with Táborský resulted in a corner kick. Fresh Holub prepared a shooting position for Táborský, however, this effort resulted only in a corner kick again.
Necid appeared in front of Pižanowski in the 78th minute but his shot was weak and inaccurate.
The Boleslav players were close to three-point pleasure in the 89th minute for the last time. Kysela centre-passed from the right-hand side and Holub headed the ball into the goal but Špit saved brilliantly and knocked the ball over the crossbar. Hodúr shot the ball without preparation over the crossbar after a corner kick taken by Poláček.
