Boleslav Signed Hrdlička for Four Years

FK Mladá Boleslav will be strengthened by twenty-five years old Tomáš Hrdlička from Slavia Prague. His signed a four-year contract to the club from Mladá Boleslav on Wednesday, 27 June 2007 in the evening. He started his career in Slavia Prague where he has appeared in 107 first-league matches during six seasons since 2001 and scored ten times in these matches. He played twelve matches for the U21 Czech national team and scored once.

Tomáš Hrdlička will terminate his contract with Slavia Prague on June 30, 2007. His new contract with FK Mladá Boleslav comes in effect on July 1, 2007. "I was in Slavia since the age of twelve and I am grateful for the first-league opportunity provided by the club but I feel that I need a change. I believe my performance to continue improving in Mladá Boleslav and I look forward to the UEFA Cup," commented Hrdlička, who preferred Mladá Boleslav to a domestic bid of Jablonec and foreign allurement from Slovak Žilina and Cyprus, his transfer. The left-footed player Tomáš Hrdlička is a native inhabitant of Prague. His likes roast sirloin with cream sauce prepared by his mum and he patterns himself on Luis Figo. The coach Beránek who gave him chance to play not only for first-league Slavia Prague, but also for the U21 national team with which he won gold medal in European Championship, brought him in big football.
