Forward Ivo Táborský Belongs to Mladá Boleslav

Offensive force of Mladá Boleslav will be improved by the well-built forward Ivo Táborský. He was a regular player of Slavia Prague so far, but he played as a guest player in Dynamo České Budějovice during the last season and sweated the defenders of Mladá Boleslav properly in the shirt of Dynamo both in autumn 2006 and in this spring. In order to prevent him in doing so also during 2007/08 season, Mladá Boleslav offered him a contract and Ivo Táborský signed it for the next four years. He will start preparation together with the team headed by Luděk Zajíc on Saturday, June 23, 2007.

Ivo Táborský who celebrated his twenty-second birthday in this May started his career in Slavia Prague. He also got through his first-league premiere in the shirt of Slavia in a match against Opava in October, 2001. However, he travelled around between various clubs as a guest player since 2003. In 2003/04 season, he played for second-league Bohemians and appeared also in six matches in the first league for Marila Příbram in autumn, 2004. When he did not manage to get in the first-league team of Slavia Prague in 2005, he left as a guest player in České Budějovice where he scored nine times in twenty second-league matches in 2005/06 season and contributed to the return of the South-Bohemian team in the top competition considerably. After a summer episode in Slavia Prague, he returned back in České Budějovce in September, 2006 and played other twenty-two matches, first-league ones this time and scored six times in them, for the team in 2006/07 season,. He has appeared in 32 first-league matches so far and scored six goals. He was successively a member of five national teams (from U15 up to U19) in which he participated in 32 matches and scored eight times. More domestic clubs were interested in the 184-centimeter tall forward but he will score for Mladá Boleslav in 2007/08 league season.
