Kulič and Uhrin in the football heaven
In the prestige national football award for the best Czech player, even FK Mladá Boleslav has its candidates. Forward Marek Kulič has been nominated to the ten best players and to the five characters of the league, too. Coach Dušan Uhrin is among the five candidates for the best coach of the last year. Results of the best player award organized by the Football Association of the Czech Republic will be announced in the ceremony held in Prague, Hilton hotel on Monday, 5 February. The most followed and valued award is the Czech Player of the year. In addition, Coach of the year, Talent of the year and Character of the league will be awarded.
Marek Kulič goes through his best football time of the life. During the year 2006, he lead Mladá Boleslav to the second place of the league table and to the football Europe as the captain. He opened his national team career, celebrated the birth of his son and was lured by Sparta Prague, the most prestigious club of the Czech Republic. All these successes of the last year mirrored to the two nominations in the most valued national football awards.
Members of the award took notice of other Boleslav players, too. Marek Matějovský, Luboš Pecka, Martin Abraham, Jan Kysela, Radim Nečas (member of Slavia Prague for the evaluated period), Radim Holub a Jan Rajnoch collected votes within various categories.
Boleslav´s coach Dušan Uhrin is among the best five coaches as well.
