One-week training camp of the players of Mladá Boleslav in the sports centre in Nymburk turned in the second half on Wednesday. Legs of some players became a little bit heavy but they resisted bravely. "I feel tiredness from strain mainly in my thighs," admitted Radim Holub, one of the most experienced players. "Exercises are demanding but it is possible to stand them," agreed the talented juniors Pára and Fabián who were selected by Uhrin from the junior team of Mladá Boleslav.

The Wednesday's programme of the training camp in Nymburk did not differed from the other days too much. It started on a grassed pitch, which is welcomed by all football players during winter preparation, at 10.00 a.m. After warming up, a brisk exercise with balls in two groups followed. The coaches Uhrin and Čuhel encouraged the players to exert maximum pace. Abraham unexpectedly ran away to change his football boots, but he dispelled a na?ve idea that he maybe had practised so intensively till complete ripping up his boots by admitting that they have already too much behind them. "They were a year old," commented he a hole in a toe of one of the boots. Rajnoch was so fired by the opening part of the exercise that he took off his trousers and continued only in shorts. Something dropped in Nečas's eye so that he went on the edge of the pitch to have it washed with assistance of attentive Abraham. "Neither masseur nor doctor are present here so that I have to substitute both of them," commented he his Samaritan role with a smile. The masseur, who was delayed in the building where he treated Kulič, came a while later. Kulič did not participate in Wednesday morning exercise because of groin problems. "He suffers from it from time to time and has problems with it approximately once in two months, do not try to find anything else in it," said Uhrin towards a group of journalists hungry for a sensation. Palát who made only slight jogging around the pitch was the other player who had a relief in Wednesday morning.
Intensive exercises in various stations located in a circle represented main contents of the training session. The players progressively alternated short-term resting with individual exercises. Full concentration and maximum effort was apparent on each player. Nobody grumbled, nobody provoked. Everybody was focused on himself. Sighs of players mixed with coach's encouraging. After the end of the exercise, short stretching followed according to individual needs. The players left then the pitch in groups for their lunch.
The afternoon stage took place on the pitch with natural grass again. Uhrin divided the players into two teams by ten players and the teams played matches in three time intervals by fifteen minutes. Only Kulič did not participate, the other participants of the training camp played with enormous effort. They presented agile football with frequent shooting. The looked forward to the game evidently and for that reason, they also enjoyed it. But this is usual at fitness training camps...
It got dark when the players left the pitch and headed for a regeneration part of a training day in the pool. But they were driven by the coaches in the bodybuilding gym after supper. Only then they could say good night to each other. But only till waking up in a new training day.
