In the morning on Monday, January 15, the Uhrin's team comprising of twenty-two players travelled from Mladá Boleslav in Nymburk where the players will spend the complete week by fitness training in the local well known sports centre. The team will return in Mladá Boleslav on Saturday, January 20 for a match against Liberec within the Tipsport Cup tournament. The match will take place on the artificial pitch within the premises of the Municipal Stadium in Mladá Boleslav.

The goalkeepers Miller, Kučera, Šeda, defenders Palát, Rajnoch, Rolko, Ševinský, Nesvadba, midfielders Kysela, Matějovský, Poláček, Abraham, Nečas, Brunclík, Ordoš, forwards Mikolanda, Holub, Sedláček, Kulič, Pecka and also eighteen-year old juniors Pára and Fabián left for fitness training camp in Nymburk. The first exercise was planned already for Monday morning, jogging followed in the afternoon and the third evening training stage in a bodybuilding gym took place after regeneration stay in a pool. The players have similar three-stage strain planned for each day of their stay in Nymburk. "The objective is to improve persistence and endurance of players," indicated the contents of the drudgery in Nymburk the head-coach Uhrin.
The Uhrin's team will return from Nymburk directly for a match of the Tipsport Cup tournament in the morning on Saturday. Mladá Boleslav will meet Slovan Liberec on the artificial pitch of the Municipal Stadium at 10.30 a.m. After the end of this match, the Tipsport Cup tournament will continue on the artificial pitch in Mladá Boleslav by the match between Jablonec and Hradec Králové with kick-off at 1.00 p.m.
