Nečas Is The Only Newcomer So Far
Radim Nečas, nineteen-year old talented midfielder from Slavia Prague is the only rookie in the Uhrin's army. His contract in Slavia Prague ended as of December 31, 2006 and several days later, he signed a new contract in Mladá Boleslav. He does not hide that he was a little bit sorry for his leaving Slavia. He decided so because the management of Slavia redeployed him in junior B team when he wanted to study a draft of his new contract in details. He then preferred to leave for unknown environment in Mladá Boleslav.
How do you feel in Mladá Boleslav?
"I must admit that I was startled and nervous before the first training exercise."
Did you have more offers?
"Yes, I did but I will not say from which clubs."
Did you consult your new contract with your father?
"The father confirmed me Mladá Boleslav."
Does he often provide you with advice in football matters?
"The father mostly criticize rather than praise me."
Do you know at least little bit the environment of the Mladá Boleslav stadium?
"I played here three times with the Slavia junior team."
And do you know any of the players of Mladá Boleslav?
"I do not know anybody but I hope to make familiar with my new team-mates soon."
What does the coach Uhrin expect from you?
"He wants me toil for a hundred percent because only in such case I have a chance to break through."
Aren't you afraid of the competition that is considerable in Mladá Boleslav?
"It is really big competition here but it depends only on me how I will succeed."
Have you already paid rookie's enrolment fee?
"Not yet, I will probably connect it with my nineteenth birthday that is on January 12, but there is not too much time for any big celebration as we will be in full training."
Have you got any birthday wish?
"Mainly to be healthy."
How do you look forward to the match between Mladá Boleslav and Slavia Prague?
"I expect that it will not be easy for me, Slavia fans will maybe shout on me."
