We Know the Rivals for the UEFA Cup: Panathinaikos Athens, Paris SG, Rapid Bucuresti, Hapoel Tel Avi
The draw at the Tuesday's noon assigned Mladá Boleslav rivals for four autumn matches of a group of the UEFA Cup. Greek Panathinaikos Athens, the third best team of the last league year in Greece, French Paris Saint Germain, the winner of the French Cup and the club of the Czech national player David Rozehnal, Rumanian vice-champion Rapid Bucuresti, the participant of the quarterfinal of the UEFA Cup in the last year and the second best Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Mladá Boleslav will start the battle for points for the standings in the group G of the UEFA Cup only in the second round as a free term fell to our team in the first round (October 19). FK Mladá Boleslav players will open the competition on home pitch on Thursday, November 2 by the match against Panathinaikos Athens, they fly in Rumania for the match against Rapid Bucuresti three weeks later on November 23, on Thursday, in the following week, on November 30, they host French Paris SG and they will complete their cup campaign by the match against Hapoel Tel Aviv on Wednesday, December 13. It cannot be excluded that the development of political events in that explosive locality will require the match to be played out of the territory of Israel.
