We brought the Serbian champion down also for the second time

Redakce

The players of Mladá Boleslav beat the best Serbian team CZ Belgrade twice during the first half of this year. At first in Cyprus during winter training camp 1:0 and now during summer preparation when CZ Belgrade could already boast about the title of the Serbian champion 2:1. The match was played in Austrian Loipersdorf.

A goal-less first half was characterized by harsh playing when the referee did not find courage to order at least two penalty kicks against the goal of CZ Belgrade. "Moreover, the players of the opponent kept lying on the pitch so that the match missed continuity," complained the sport director of FK Mladá Boleslav, Mr. Zdeněk Kudela. Dokič had the best chance of Serbian team for scoring but he was stopped by an excellent save of the goalkeeper Kučera. On the contrary, Abrahám's strike hit the post and Kysela missed a pass in an advantageous position in front of the goal of the opponent.
Goals came only shortly after changing the sides. Kysela scored in the net of the goalkeeper Rendelovič for the first time after a pass of Matějovský in the 48th minute - 1:0. However, the Mladá Boleslav team did not hold the lead for long time. Dokič scored after quickly taken standard kick and swift counterattack in the 55th minute - 1:1. Krátký arranged the lead again by smashing strike from immediate vicinity of Serbian goal after Ordoš's centre pass in the 83rd minute - 2:1. "We are delighted not only in another victory but also in the fact that all players are healthy", added Kudela.

Line-up of FK Mladá Boleslav in the match against CZ Belgrade: Kučera - Ševinský, Vít, M. Brezinský, Palát - Kysela (66. Ordoš), Riegel (46. Matějovský), Abrahám (78. Rolko), Vaculík - Kulič (46. Pecka), Sedláček (68. Krátký).
